What are the shipping costs?

When the combined value of your basket is over $150, shipping is automatically free.

What are the shipping times?

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, and orders are usually shipped within two business days via FedEx.

FedEx shipping times have been affected by the COVID pandemic.  From our recents experiences:

Most places in Asia take 1- 3 days.

Australian destinations are varying: Sydney and Melbourne take around 5 days but more remote places like Darwin are taking up to 10 days.

US and Europe are 3 days to 1 week.

Can I add a gift note or gift wrap to my order?

All orders are wrapped in tissue paper, and placed inside a branded dust bag.  Some items are then packed inside a box if they need extra protection.

We’d be happy to include a personalized message for you! Simply leave your gift note in the notes section when placing your order, and we will include a handwritten note. If you’ve already placed your order but would like to include a note, please send a message as soon as possible to clare@mymoniko.com and we’ll do our best to include it in your package.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

In the event you need to cancel or change an order, or correct any address details entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately at clare@mymoniko.com. Once an order has been despatched, it can no longer be adjusted or cancelled.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact your local Fedex office or carrier, as they are often able to locate the package for you. Please note that Moniko is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been picked up by the carrier.

What about Return shipping?
